Supplier Relations Specialist (Remote) We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Supplier Relations Specialist to join our growing team. Position Overview The primary responsibility of this role is to communicate with suppliers to obtain pricing, product availability, lead times, and other supplier-related information. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting daily business operations by maintaining effective relationships with suppliers and ensuring timely responses to internal requests. The selected candidate will initially receive training in Order Processing and will subsequently be trained in Supplier Relations. Key Responsibilities * Communicate with suppliers via email and phone * Request and follow up on pricing, availability, and lead times * Maintain accurate supplier information and records * Support internal teams with supplier-related inquiries * Track and manage supplier responses * Perform administrative and data entry tasks as required * Ensure timely and professional communication with suppliers Requirements * Upper-Intermediate to Advanced English (B2-C1) * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to work independently in a remote environment * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets * Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities * Reliable internet connection and personal computer * Availability to work during U.S. business hours (PST) Preferred Qualifications * Previous experience in Supplier Relations, Procurement, Purchasing, Customer Service, Administration, or a related field * Experience communicating with international suppliers or clients * Experience working remotely * Familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage Compensation * Starting salary: USD 500–600 per month * Compensation will be based on qualifications and experience
