AI Automation Expert for Real Estate Industry (n8n/Zapier, Airtable, Zoho CRM, RAG)

I run a real estate team and we're bleeding leads because my agents are stuck in showings and can't reply to inbound social media leads fast enough. I need an automation expert to build an AI workflow that handles these leads from the second they come in. The Tech Stack: You MUST know n8n (preferred) or Zapier, Airtable, and Zoho CRM. What I need built: Catch leads from our FB/IG ads and website forms. Route them into Airtable as our staging database. The AI/RAG part: I need an AI agent that doesn't just ask basic qualifying questions, but actually answers specific questions from buyers. It needs to be a RAG system connected to our property listings, neighborhood guides, and company docs. (So if a lead asks "what are the HOA fees for this house?" or "how is the school district?", the AI pulls the right info and replies accurately without making things up). Once the AI qualifies them (budget, timeline, pre-approval) and answers their questions, push the data into Zoho CRM, create the lead, and alert the assigned agent. If they aren't qualified yet, put them in a long-term nurture sequence in Airtable. I don't want a clunky setup that hallucinates property details or breaks when an API updates.
