Customer Service Representative for E-commerce Dropshipping Stores

Hi! We are looking for an experienced and dedicated customer service professional to join our team for our Fashion stores operating on Shopify. We are using our own email macros, adjust them to the customer's email and then translate them in Chatgpt. This role demands a strong work ethic, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to manage inquiries efficiently and effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Respond to customer queries and emails within 3 hours. - Manage and resolve issues to ensure an outstanding shopping experience. - Handle 10 emails per hour while maintaining high-quality responses. - Take and implement instructions precisely to meet company standards. - Process all your actions in Datasheets in order for us to track what is working and what is not. Requirements: - Proven experience in customer service, preferably in e-commerce or dropshipping. - Proficiency in platforms like Slack and Gmail. - Availability for 6-8 hours per day for 6 days a week. - Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines without compromising quality. - Loyal, honest, hardworking, and enthusiastic about delivering excellent service. - Looking for someone for our 1st shift: 7 am - 3 pm CET.
