Junior Brand Manager (Jamaica Only) – Lead Brand Ambassadors & Marketing Growth

We are a growing digital marketing and affiliate marketing business focused on audience growth, community engagement, email marketing, and promotional campaigns. We're seeking a motivated Brand Manager & Community Growth Coordinator to help expand our ambassador program, support marketing initiatives, and contribute to the growth of our online presence. This is a flexible, remote opportunity ideal for someone interested in marketing, social media, community management, content creation, affiliate marketing, or entrepreneurship. Responsibilities Your responsibilities may include: Recruiting and onboarding Brand Ambassadors Supporting ambassador engagement and retention Assisting with email newsletter growth initiatives Supporting social media campaigns and promotions Creating, scheduling, and publishing content Tracking campaign performance and growth metrics Building and maintaining spreadsheets, trackers, and reporting systems Developing incentive programs and engagement strategies Assisting with community outreach and relationship building Helping manage campaign execution and ambassador communications Identifying new opportunities to increase brand awareness and audience growth Desired Skills We're looking for someone who is: Organized and self-motivated Comfortable communicating with people online Interested in marketing and brand growth Familiar with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel Comfortable using Canva and social media platforms Creative and willing to contribute ideas Reliable and results-oriented Able to work independently with minimal supervision Previous experience in marketing, social media management, community building, recruiting, or content creation is helpful but not required. Time Commitment This is a flexible role with no fixed schedule. Most team members spend approximately 5–10 hours per week, depending on campaign activity and availability. We focus on results, initiative, communication, and contribution rather than strict hourly requirements.
