Financial Model Forecast

Build a 10 year forecast model for a startup that will use agricultural technology to buy and rollup farms, retrofitting technology along the way. This was to be a Claude Cowork project but we ran out of time. Model is partially built (base case single farm economics done with specific assumptions tab and separate income statement calculation tab) with auditable formulas by an ex-banking analyst. It has no rollup/acquisition or cap table capability - there are no historicals - the model should allow for rollups private equity style with equity retention, debt financing etc as we acquire upwards of 10 farms - model should have is, bs, cf in the end and produce an entity-wide valuation (ebitda based) - model should also show a cap table showing equity stakes and investor returns
