E-Commerce Virtual Assistant Role We are looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant to help manage daily operations for our e-commerce business. ### Schedule **Monday–Saturday** Hawaii time (Saturday's can be optional) **8:30 AM–5:30 PM** **54 hours per week** ### Pay Starting $5 Hour USD with bonus opportunity and pay raises Monthly OTE is $1,000+ per month ### Responsibilities #### Inventory Management * Remove items from inventory when needed * Remove inventory from “upcoming” once it has been received * Add upcoming inventory when new orders are placed * Add new inventory to the system * Keep inventory records accurate and updated #### Order Management * Help fix order issues * Review and update orders as needed * Communicate order problems clearly and quickly #### Website & Product Updates * Create discount codes * Add test reports to the website * Add test reports to product pages * Update product information as needed #### Email Monitoring * Monitor company emails * Track missed emails * Flag urgent emails or customer issues * Help make sure no customer or vendor messages are missed #### Tech & Website Support ### Requirements * Available Monday–Saturday from 8:30 AM–5 PM * Strong attention to detail * Reliable and responsive during working hours * Comfortable using e-commerce platforms and website tools * Able to follow systems and checklists * Basic tech knowledge preferred * Good written communication skills * Able to work independently and complete tasks accurately ### Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, tech-comfortable, and able to help keep inventory, orders, emails, and website updates running smoothly every day.
