**Job Description:** My Amazon.co.uk seller account (active for 10+ years, clean history, only recently resumed selling) has received a Policy Compliance flag under "Unsuitable Inventory Investigations Policy" for one ASIN — a Kingston NV3 NVMe SSD (13 units, sent to FBA). I've already completed Amazon's video identity verification call, and they've now requested supporting documentation to prove my supply chain. **My situation:** - 10 of the 13 units were purchased from Westcoast Limited, the UK's largest IT distributor and an authorised Kingston Technology distributor. I have the invoice. - The remaining 3 units were purchased via a third-party seller on Amazon.co.uk itself (retail arbitrage) — I only have my Amazon order confirmation as proof, with no further supply chain visibility for those units. - Action taken so far: warning issued, Account Health impact marked "High," appeal option available. Account is not yet suspended. **What I need help with:** 1. Review of my situation and documents (Westcoast invoice, bank statement, Amazon order confirmation for the 3 arbitrage units) 2. Advice on how to honestly disclose the mixed sourcing (10 distributor-backed, 3 arbitrage) in a way that gives the appeal the best chance of success 3. A professionally drafted appeal/response letter to submit through Seller Central 4. General guidance on whether the 3 arbitrage units pose a meaningful risk to my whole account, and how to mitigate that risk going forward Amazon are asking for the following: To complete your identity verification, you must share the following information: -- Your contract or agreement with any agency or third party you retained to handle your account or inventory. -- Invoices and receipts. You may remove pricing information, but the rest of the document must be visible. For ease of our review, you may highlight or circle the ASINs under review. Documents must contain item descriptions & quantities. -- Supplier information including the supplier’s name, supplier phone number, supplier address, and website. -- Copies of invoices, receipts, contracts, delivery orders, or authorization letters from your supplier's supplier . -- Import or export documents such as bills of lading, commercial invoices, and packing lists. -- Logistics details. Logistics refers to the overall process of managing how resources are acquired, stored, and transported to their final destination including tracking numbers and bills of lading. -- Bank or financial statement showing the proof of purchase of the ASINs under review **Ideal freelancer:** - Proven experience specifically with "inauthentic," "counterfeit," or "unsuitable inventory" policy appeals (not just suspension appeals for shipping/performance issues) - Familiar with Amazon UK/EU seller policies - Can review real documents and give honest, realistic odds — I'm not looking for guaranteed-results promises, just solid expertise - Please share examples (anonymised) of similar cases you've helped resolve Please message me with relevant experience before applying.
