KF Digitals is looking for a strategic operator who can help us improve and scale what is already working. We are not looking for someone to come in and completely reinvent our business. We already have lead generation systems in place. We have marketing efforts producing interest. We have prospects requesting information, engaging with our team, and participating in free trials. What we need is someone who can identify why those interested prospects are not consistently becoming paying clients and help us build a smoother, more effective conversion process. Think of this role as helping us get the wheel rolling faster and keep it rolling, not replacing the wheel entirely. About KF Digitals KF Digitals provides websites, web applications, automation solutions, business systems, and technology consulting for small and growing businesses. We help clients improve operations through custom software, workflow automation, lead management systems, inventory systems, booking solutions, and professional web development. What We Need Help With We believe our biggest opportunity for growth is improving what happens after a lead expresses interest. We are looking for someone who can: Analyze our current lead generation and sales process Improve lead-to-client conversion rates Evaluate and optimize our free-trial offer Create stronger follow-up processes Help us better qualify prospects Identify bottlenecks in our funnel Improve sales messaging and positioning Coach and manage our existing cold caller Create accountability and performance metrics Recommend practical improvements that can be implemented quickly What We Are NOT Looking For We are not looking for: A consultant who wants to completely rebuild everything Someone who spends weeks creating presentations without implementation Someone who only provides theory Someone who believes every business needs a brand-new system Our current processes are generating interest and opportunities. We need someone who can evaluate what exists, identify weak points, strengthen those areas, and help us create a repeatable system that converts more prospects into customers. Ideal Candidate You may be a: Sales Funnel Manager Business Growth Strategist Revenue Operations Specialist Agency Growth Consultant Sales Manager Client Acquisition Consultant You should have experience with: Lead conversion optimization B2B sales funnels CRM management Sales process improvement Team coaching and accountability Agency, consulting, SaaS, or service-based businesses Trial Period We believe in proving fit before making long-term commitments. We are offering a paid 2-week trial period. During the trial period, we would like you to: Review our current sales process Analyze our free-trial offer Evaluate our lead follow-up procedures Assess our cold caller's performance and workflow Present a practical action plan Implement at least one measurable improvement Long-Term Opportunity If the trial is successful, we are looking for a long-term partner who can: Continue improving conversion rates Manage and coach sales outreach efforts Help scale our client acquisition process Provide ongoing growth strategy guidance Screening Questions 1. Tell us about a company where you improved lead conversion without rebuilding the entire sales process. 2. What conversion metrics do you typically focus on first? 3. How would you evaluate whether our free-trial strategy is helping or hurting sales? 4. Have you managed appointment setters, cold callers, SDRs, or sales teams before? 5.
