Online Bidder & Business Development Specialist for Software Development Projects

We are looking for an experienced Online Bidder and Business Development Specialist to help us find and win software development projects through Upwork, LinkedIn, and other online platforms. Our services include full-stack development, React, Node.js, Python, C#/.NET, AI solutions, API integrations, cloud development, data engineering, and workflow automation. Responsibilities - Search for relevant software and IT projects daily - Write personalized, professional proposals - Evaluate clients, budgets, and project requirements - Avoid low-quality, unrelated, or suspicious jobs - Follow up with potential clients - Track proposals, replies, interviews, and hired projects - Provide regular progress reports Requirements - Previous experience as an online bidder - Strong written English - Experience with Upwork or similar platforms - Basic understanding of software development and AI services - Ability to write customized proposals without using generic templates - Good communication and organizational skills Preferred - Experience working with software developers or IT agencies - Proven history of generating replies, interviews, or contracts - Familiarity with React, Node.js, Python, .NET, AI, and automation projects This is a remote, part-time position with the possibility of long-term work.
