About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Amazon Account Manager to help launch and grow our brand on Amazon. We have recently opened our Amazon Seller Central account and are currently undergoing Brand Registry. We need someone who can take ownership of the Amazon setup process from end to end and help establish the foundation for long-term growth. Key Objective: Your primary responsibility will be to take our Amazon business from a newly created Seller Central account to a fully operational Amazon FBA brand with active listings, a branded storefront, and profitable PPC campaigns. Responsibilities: - Amazon Account Setup & Launch - Lead the Amazon setup process from end to end - Configure Seller Central settings and account structure - Assist with Brand Registry implementation and setup - Ensure account compliance and best practices - Coordinate Amazon support cases when necessary - Product Listings & Catalog Management - Conduct keyword and competitor research - Create and optimize product listings - Set up parent-child variations - Optimize titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend keywords - Monitor listing health and performance - Amazon FBA Setup & Inventory Management - Set up FBA workflows and shipping plans - Coordinate inventory preparation and shipment requirements - Generate and manage FNSKU labels - Monitor inventory levels and replenishment needs - Ensure products meet Amazon FBA requirements - Brand Store & A+ Content - Build and manage the Amazon Brand Store - Create and maintain A+ Content - Ensure brand consistency across all Amazon assets - Amazon PPC Advertising - Launch and manage Sponsored Products campaigns - Launch Sponsored Brands campaigns - Conduct keyword research and bid optimization - Monitor and improve ACOS, TACOS, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates - Scale profitable campaigns while maintaining efficiency Reporting & Growth - Provide weekly performance reports - Identify growth opportunities and action plans - Recommend listing, PPC, and operational improvements - Assist in developing Amazon growth strategies Qualifications Required - 2+ years of Amazon Seller Central experience - Hands-on experience with Amazon FBA - Experience launching and managing PPC campaigns - Strong understanding of Amazon listing optimization - Strong English communication skills - Ability to work independently and take ownership Preferred - Experience launching new Amazon brands from scratch - Experience in apparel, footwear, or fashion categories Familiarity with: - Helium 10 - Jungle Scout - Data Dive - Sellerboard - Amazon Brand Analytics Success Metrics (First 90 Days) - Seller Central fully configured - Brand Registry completed - Product listings created and optimized - Amazon Brand Store launched - A+ Content published - Inventory successfully sent to and received by FBA - PPC campaigns launched and optimized - Weekly reporting process established
