We are hiring a disciplined, full-time Sales Closer / Business Development Representative to help sell memberships for NIKSI, a real estate platform serving investors, contractors, wholesalers, realtors, service providers, and real estate business owners. This is not a casual freelance role. This is a full-time sales position for someone who is serious, sharp, independent, and ready to help us grow. You must confirm in your application that you watched the full video. --- About the role: Your job is to help sell NIKSI memberships to the right people. You will speak with prospects, understand their needs, explain the membership plans, follow up, handle objections, and close sales. We are looking for someone who can think independently. We do not want someone who only waits for instructions. We want someone who understands sales, takes ownership, follows up with discipline, and brings ideas to improve the sales process. This role is for someone with a strong sales mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to work full-time with accountability. Responsibilities: - Sell NIKSI memberships to qualified prospects - Speak with investors, contractors, realtors, wholesalers, service providers, and real estate business owners - Reach out to prospects through calls, Upwork messages, email after contract, LinkedIn after contract if approved, and other approved channels - Explain the value of each membership plan clearly - Book sales calls and follow up with leads - Handle objections professionally - Close membership sales - Update the CRM or sales tracking system daily - Report daily sales activity - Join team communication channels after contract begins - Work full-time with time tracking - Help us improve scripts, outreach, follow-up, and closing systems Requirements: - Strong English communication skills - Sales, closing, appointment setting, business development, or lead generation experience - Confidence speaking with U.S.-based or English-speaking prospects - Ability to work full-time - Ability to use Upwork time tracking - Ability to join interviews with your camera on - Strong follow-up discipline - Strong objection-handling skills - Ability to think independently and solve problems - Comfortable using CRM, Google Sheets, Slack after contract begins, and sales tools - Serious, professional, and mission-driven attitude Experience in real estate, SaaS, memberships, subscriptions, B2B sales, contractor services, or high-ticket sales is a strong plus.
