Sales Admin & CAD Support Assistant We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Admin & CAD Support Assistant to support our sales, operations, logistics, and customer service processes. This is a full-time role suited to someone who is organised, accurate, and comfortable working across quoting, pricing, basic CAD drawings, and day-to-day admin tasks. Key Responsibilities Prepare and update customer quotes Calculate pricing for standard products and custom furniture requests Create basic CAD drawings for furniture customisations Maintain accurate sales records and order details Assist with logistics bookings and delivery coordination Support day-to-day operations and internal admin tasks Respond to customer enquiries and provide customer service support Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal team members Help ensure orders move smoothly from quote through to delivery Ideal Experience Experience in sales administration, customer service, or operations support Confidence working with pricing, quotes, and product details Basic CAD software experience Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good written communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow processes Experience in furniture, interiors, logistics, or e-commerce would be highly regarded Role Details Full-time position Long-term engagement opportunity Remote work
