Accounts Receivable Specialist - 3PL / Logistics

Stride Logistics is a fast growing third party logistics (3PL) company. We provide warehousing, fulfillment, FBA prep, cross docking, and transportation support for a wide range of ecommerce and retail brands. We are looking for a detail oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable Specialist to help manage invoicing, collections, payment tracking, and customer account reconciliation. This role will work directly with ownership and operations to ensure invoices are accurate, payments are collected on time, and account balances remain up to date. This is a remote position with flexible hours. Responsibilities: - Accounts Receivable - Generate and send customer invoices - Verify billing accuracy against warehouse activity, shipping charges, storage fees, and special projects - Track outstanding invoices and maintain AR aging reports - Apply customer payments and reconcile account balances - Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies - Collections - Follow up on overdue invoices via email and phone - Work with management to reduce outstanding receivables - Reporting - Prepare weekly AR aging reports - Identify clients with recurring payment issues Requirements: - 1+ years of Accounts Receivable experience - Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal - Experience with collections and customer follow up - High attention to detail and accuracy - Proficient with Google Sheets and Excel - Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines - Experience with QuickBooks is a plus
