AI Assistant / AI Agent for Australian Property Searching I am looking for an AI specialist who can train, configure, and deploy an AI assistant (or team of AI agents) that can perform property searching and land acquisition research for Australian development opportunities. This project is not for a simple chatbot. I am looking for an AI assistant that can actively search for properties, navigate websites, review mapping data, analyse planning constraints, and shortlist suitable development opportunities. The AI assistant should be able to identify and screen sites using criteria such as: Land size of 15 hectares or more Zoned Low or Medium Density Residential Median house price above $620,000 No koala habitat overlays Limited vegetation constraints Not excessively steep or hilly Review contour mapping and aerial imagery Additional screening criteria may be added over time. Website & Mapping Platform Interaction Requirement: A key requirement is that the AI assistant must be able to interact with third-party property, planning, and mapping platforms as part of its research process. Examples include: Archistar Council mapping systems Council planning portals Other relevant planning and property data sources The AI assistant should be capable of: Navigating websites Searching for properties Reviewing zoning information Assessing overlays and planning constraints Reviewing flood mapping Reviewing environmental and vegetation constraints Reviewing contour and topography information Extracting relevant information from maps and reports Using this information to determine whether a site meets predefined acquisition criteria Desired Outcome: I would like to be able to give the AI assistant instructions such as: “Find residential-zoned sites over 15 hectares in Queensland with no koala habitat overlays, suitable topography, and a median house price above $620,000.” The AI should then: Search for potential sites Review relevant planning and mapping information Eliminate unsuitable opportunities Rank suitable opportunities Produce a summary report explaining why each site qualifies Please Include In Your Proposal How you would build this solution. Whether you would use existing AI agent frameworks or custom development. Whether the AI can interact with websites such as Archistar, and council mapping systems. Examples of similar AI agents or automation systems you have built. Estimated development timeframe. Estimated ongoing monthly costs. Any limitations or challenges you foresee. Preference will be given to applicants with experience in AI agents, GIS systems, planning overlays, zoning databases, mapping platforms, property technology, or land development.
