Experience Financial Analyst/Modeling Experience

I'm hiring experienced finance professionals with experience on public company filings. Required experience - 2+ years in investment banking, equity research, or buy-side/sell-side analysis (analyst or associate level) - Daily fluency reading 10-Ks, 10-Qs, S-4s, and earnings releases - Hands-on with valuation and modeling: DCF, LBO, comps, precedent transactions, accretion/dilution, EV multiples - Strong command of accounting conventions and GAAP-to-non-GAAP reconciliations - Precise with numbers and sourcing — able to defend exactly why an answer is right or wrong Tasks you'll write across - Comparables and precedent transaction analysis - Earnings analysis (actuals vs. consensus/guidance, non-GAAP reconciliations) - Disclosure and segment-reporting tracking across multiple filings - GAAP / non-GAAP adjustments - DCF, LBO, and accretion/dilution modeling - General quantitative and qualitative filing analysis You will be writing sample questions/designing content that - Have one unambiguous, deterministic answer - Require synthesizing data across multiple filings or sources - Depend on real industry/sector convention, not explicit instruction - Hinge on details buried in footnotes, MD&A, or accounting policy disclosures Nice to have - Sector specialization (financials, energy, industrials, healthcare, etc.) - Prior data annotation, exam writing, or AI model evaluation work - CFA / CPA or relevant graduate degree To apply, tell me your sector focus, the modeling work you've done hands-on, and one filing-based question you think would stump most analysts.
