THE PROJECT We are a profitable multi-store e-commerce business on WooCommerce, selling across several European markets. We want to launch on Amazon.de and Amazon.nl, and we want it done by someone who has done it many times, fast and properly. This is a hands-on setup and integration project, with a real path to ongoing work afterward. We already have product content and store infrastructure. We are not starting from zero. We need an operator who does the actual work: ports and adapts our content to Amazon, gets the listings live, and wires the marketplaces into our existing stack cleanly. WHAT YOU WOULD DO - Set up and configure Amazon.de and Amazon.nl seller accounts and listings - Port and adapt our existing product content to Amazon standards (titles, bullets, A+ where relevant), in German and Dutch - Integrate the marketplaces with our existing systems: WooCommerce, Base.com, Enova365, and any channel manager or middleware required for inventory and order sync - Set up Amazon Advertising (PPC) structure for DE and NL, ready to run - Hand us a clean, documented setup our team can operate WHO YOU WORK WITH You execute hands-on and coordinate directly with our Head of Operations (warehouse, 3PL, inventory, fulfillment) and our Head of Growth (channels and ads). You report into Growth. This is a do-the-work role, not an advisory one. WHAT HAPPENS AFTER SETUP Once Amazon.de and Amazon.nl are live and integrated, there is a decision point. We either transition operations to our internal Growth team, or, if you are excellent, you stay on under our Head of Growth to run and optimize the channels on an ongoing basis. Strong performers have a clear path to continued work. WHO THIS IS FOR An A-player who has launched brands on Amazon DE and NL specifically, knows the integration tooling, and ideally has direct Amazon connections (account managers, partner or agency status) to speed things up and avoid the usual setup delays. You move quickly and you know where the landmines are. This is NOT for beginners. If you have not personally launched and integrated Amazon marketplaces for real brands, this is not your role. OUT OF SCOPE Rebuilding our stores, product strategy, sourcing. QUESTIONS FOR YOUR PROPOSAL (ANSWER ALL 6) 1. Which Amazon marketplaces have you personally launched and run? Amazon.de and Amazon.nl specifically. Be concrete: brands, categories, and results. 2. Do you have direct Amazon connections (account managers, Seller or Vendor support, partner or agency status) you can use to speed our setup? Describe them. 3. How would you integrate WooCommerce with Amazon and Bol.com? Which channel manager or middleware, sync approach, and how do you handle failures? 4. Amazon Advertising: what is your hands-on experience setting up and running PPC in DE and NL? Distinguish setup from ongoing management. 5. Realistically, how fast can you get Amazon.de and Amazon.nl live (listings plus integration)? Give me a week-by-week outline. 6.
