B2B Business Development & Appointment Setter (Long-Term)

We are looking for an experienced Business Development professional to help us identify decision makers, conduct outreach and book product demonstrations. We are introducing an AI-powered business operating platform to Strata Management, Building Management and Facility Management companies across Australia and New Zealand. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with senior executives and building relationships. Your responsibilities will include: • researching target companies • identifying CEOs, Directors, General Managers and decision makers • cold calling and qualifying prospects • sending follow-up emails • booking meetings and product demonstrations • maintaining prospect records and follow-up activities At this stage, product demonstrations and commercial discussions will be handled by our management team Your primary objective is to generate qualified opportunities and book meetings with decision makers. Requirements: • strong spoken and written English • previous B2B business development experience • confident cold calling senior executives • professional communication skills • experience with CRM systems preferred • self-motivated and organised • experience calling Australian or New Zealand businesses is highly desirable This is a long-term project and we are looking for someone who can become part of the team as we continue to grow.
