Role Overview We’re looking for a Partnership Relations / Account Manager to manage client relationships post-sale and ensure strong delivery, retention, and growth. You will act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, coordinating across internal teams to ensure smooth execution and high client satisfaction. Responsibilities - Manage day-to-day communication with assigned clients and partners - Support onboarding, regular check-ins, and performance updates - Track key deliverables and ensure alignment with agreed outcomes - Assist with contract documentation using templates (e.g., renewals, updates) - Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to support delivery - Monitor account activity and identify opportunities for growth or improvement - Maintain organized records of client interactions and account status Must-Have Qualifications - 3+ years experience in account management, customer success, or partnerships - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills - Experience working with CRM tools and managing multiple accounts - Ability to stay organized and manage timelines effectively - Commercial awareness and understanding of client lifecycle management Nice-to-Have - Experience in SaaS, tech, or AI-related environments - Familiarity with contract documentation or renewal processes - Experience working in remote, fast-paced teams
