The ideal candidate must be a master of spectral editing and neural audio restoration, capable of performing a surgical "vocal transplant"—integrating a compressed, lossy local dialogue track into a high-fidelity, lossless 5.1/7.1 master mix without introducing phase issues or audible artifacts. Core Technical Skills: Advanced Spectral Editing & Unmixing: Ability to isolate dialogue from complex, dense international mixes (music/effects bleed) using spectral layers and advanced AI stem-splitting models. Neural Voice Restoration & Resynthesis: Expertise in reconstructing band-limited, compressed lossy audio, rebuilding lost high-frequency "air" and low-end chest presence to match a native lossless room environment. Micro-Timing & Phase Alignment: Mastery of sample-accurate phase and temporal alignment to blend studio-recorded voices into location-recorded M&E beds. 3D Spatial & Reverb Cloning: Ability to analyze a reference "phantom" voice from L/R channels, extract its acoustic fingerprint, and wrap that exact 3D spatial behavior around dry ADR.
