Full-time HR Specialist & Recruiter for Ecommerce Pet Brand

We are a fast-growing pet company passionate about creating a better experience for cats and their owners. As we scale, we're building a talented, driven team, and we need a sharp, organized HR Specialist to help us do that. This is not just a task-execution role. We're looking for someone who takes ownership and thinks ahead. What You'll Do: HR & Recruitment (your core focus, approx. 90%): → Write compelling job posts and detailed job descriptions → Source and screen candidates across platforms (Upwork, LinkedIn, etc.) → Coordinate and conduct initial interviews → Manage the full hiring cycle from first contact to signed contract → Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future roles → Track recruitment metrics and report on hiring progress → Assist in onboarding new hires and help them settle in smoothly → Help shape and improve our hiring processes as we grow Operations Support (approx. 10%): → Keep Notion workspaces and Google Sheets organized and up to date → Manage the support team schedule → Help with other tasks as needed, such as sourcing UGC creators and other talent for our marketing campaigns You're a Great Fit If You: → Have 2+ years of experience in HR and recruitment → Are highly organized and comfortable juggling multiple priorities → Know your way around Notion, Google Sheets, and Google Workspace → Communicate clearly and professionally in English (written and verbal) → Are proactive, not just following processes but actively suggesting improvements and implementing them *** To make sure you've read this entire description, please start your application by telling us your FAVORITE PET or ANIMAL.
