Project Description: Looking for an experienced AI automation expert to integrate Claude AI into our Shopify dropshipping operations. We want to automate two primary workflows: customer support email replies and product page generation. Key Responsibilities: Support Automation: Set up Claude to read incoming emails, reference store policies/shipping data, and draft or auto-send accurate replies. Catalog Automation: Create a workflow that takes raw supplier data/images and uses Claude to generate and publish SEO-optimized Shopify product descriptions. Integrations: Connect Claude to Shopify using Make.com (preferred) or Zapier, incorporating human-in-the-loop fail-safes for complex tickets.
