Brand Designer Needed — Logo + Full Branding Kit (Car/Racing Lifestyle Brand)
Worldwide
JOB DESCRIPTION About the project I'm building RevLine99 Motorsport, a premium motorsport and car-culture apparel/lifestyle brand — bold gear for people who live and breathe exotic cars, racing, and track culture. The vibe is high-energy, premium, and authentic to car enthusiasts (think racing, speed, exotic cars, premium streetwear). I'm looking for a talented brand designer to create our logo and full brand identity package. I already have a strong sense of the brand's direction and a set of design samples I've put together — but I want to bring in a real pro to take that direction, get creative, and elevate it into a polished, professional identity. I'm not looking for someone to just trace my samples; I'm looking for your expertise and creative eye to make this great. This is a defined project with strong potential for ongoing design work as the brand grows. The creative direction (a starting point, not a straitjacket) I'll share my logo samples and references so you understand the world I'm going for. Use them as inspiration and a springboard — I trust your judgment to refine, improve, and explore: The feel: bold, premium, motorsport-inspired, high-energy. A brand people are proud to wear. Clean and confident, not cheesy. The name treatment: "RevLine99" / "RevLine 99" is the brand. I like a modern, motorsport/speed feel to it. Color: the core is red, black, and white, and I'd like to work greys into the palette as well. I'm open to a tasteful accent color if you think it strengthens the brand — pitch me. Logo forms: my samples include a horizontal wordmark and a shield/badge emblem, and I like both — but I'm open to other concepts and directions if you see something stronger. Show me your best thinking. Usage: this brand lives on apparel, hats, stickers, a website, packaging, and social media — so it needs to work big and small, in color and in one color. Bottom line: here's my vision and my samples — now bring your creativity to it. I want to be pleasantly surprised. What I need (deliverables) Primary logo + key variations/lockups (e.g., horizontal, stacked, and an icon/emblem version) Color, black, and white (one-color) versions of the logo A defined color palette with exact values (HEX, RGB, CMYK) Typography — primary/secondary fonts with usage notes A clean brand guidelines document (logo usage, spacing, do's & don'ts, colors, fonts) so future hires stay on-brand Favicon and social profile/icon versions Final files in vector (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF) and raster (PNG transparent, JPG) — source files included What I'll provide My logo samples / concepts (as inspiration and direction) The brand feel, references, and examples of what I like Notes on how the brand will be used (apparel, store, packaging, social, signage) Requirements — please READ before applying Proven logo & brand identity experience — share a portfolio of logos and full brand kits you've designed Strong vector design skills (Illustrator / Affinity or equivalent) — final logo must be true vector Experience building complete identity systems and brand guideline documents, not just a single logo A strong, creative eye for bold, premium, modern branding — bonus for apparel, automotive, sports, or streetwear work Able to take a creative direction and elevate it with your own expertise Excellent written English and responsive, professional communication How to apply (please follow these — applications that don't will be ignored) Start your reply with the word "GRID" so I know you read the full post Share a portfolio link with logos AND complete brand identity packages you've created Tell me briefly how you'd approach this project Confirm you deliver true vector files and a brand guidelines document Give me your price and timeline for the full package One sentence on why this brand fits your style How I'll hire I'll shortlist strong candidates based on portfolio fit. I may start with an initial concept/direction round before committing to the full kit, or award the full package to the strongest fit — I'll decide based on applications. Great work here leads to ongoing design work as the brand grows.
