⚙️ Automation & Workflow Engineer — Build Our Company-Wide Operating System

We are a fast-growing international company looking for someone who can think in workflows and turn that thinking into real, working systems — not just simple no-code chains, but proper automation architecture connecting tools, APIs, and custom logic across our entire business. This is not a one-off task. We need a long-term partner who can progressively build out automation and internal tools for every department in our company — sales, customer service, operations, and more. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ WHAT YOU WILL DO ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ • Design and build automated workflows using n8n, Zapier, or Make.com depending on the use case • Connect multiple tools and APIs into single, reliable, end-to-end workflows • Write custom logic in JavaScript where native automation nodes are not enough • Work with JSON to structure, transform, and pass data cleanly between systems • Build full systems — not just automations — including both UI and backend, using tools like Lovable, Cursor, Claude Code, or your own stack • Design internal dashboards and tools tailored to each department's actual workflow (sales, CS, operations) • Map existing manual processes and turn them into automated, scalable systems • Troubleshoot and maintain automations as our business and tools evolve • Document what you build clearly so our team can understand and adjust if needed ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ • Strong hands-on experience with n8n, Zapier, and Make.com — you know when to use which • Comfortable with APIs, JavaScript, and JSON — you are not limited to drag-and-drop nodes • Experience building real applications with AI-assisted tools like Lovable, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar • Able to build both the UI and backend of a working system, not just the automation layer • You think in systems and workflows — you can take a messy manual process and turn it into something clean and scalable • Proactive and able to work independently — we will give you context and goals, not step-by-step instructions • Good communicator — you can explain technical decisions in plain language ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ HOW TO APPLY ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ We will not review generic applications.
