Looking for Wordpress developer for various existing and new websites

WordPress / Elementor Developer (Long-Term Partnership) We're looking for one or more experienced WordPress & Elementor developers to join us on a long-term basis. Our agency manages multiple client projects, and we're looking for reliable developers who can become part of our extended team. What you'll be working on: Converting Figma designs into pixel-perfect WordPress websites using Elementor. 1. Making updates and improvements to existing 2. WordPress/Elementor websites. 3. Developing new WordPress websites from scratch. 4. Fixing bugs, optimizing performance, and ensuring responsive design across all devices. What we're looking for: 1. Strong experience with WordPress, Elementor, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP. 2. Ability to accurately convert Figma designs into responsive websites. 3. Excellent communication and responsiveness. 4. Professionalism, attention to detail, and respect for deadlines. 5. Someone who takes ownership of their work and delivers high-quality results. Important: Communication is very important to us. We require a brief video call before we start working together and expect regular communication throughout our projects. If you're not comfortable with video calls or discussing projects face-to-face, this position is not the right fit. We're not looking for someone to complete just one task, we're looking to build a long-term partnership with developers we can trust as our workload continues to grow.
