I need someone to help me create AI video production internal tool

We're a children's education app looking to build an automated pipeline that produces video ad creatives at scale for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising. We need a developer to design and build a system that generates, assembles, and exports ready-to-publish video ads with minimal manual input. What we need built - An automated workflow that produces video ad variations from a set of inputs (scripts, copy, footage/stock assets, voiceover, music) - Templated video generation supporting multiple aspect ratios (9:16, 1:1, 4:5) for Reels, Stories, and Feed placements - Bulk/batch output so we can generate dozens of creative variations for testing - Integration with AI tools for voiceover, captions, and/or asset generation (e.g., ElevenLabs, text-to-video APIs, etc.) Ideal candidate has experience with - Video automation tools and APIs - AI media generation APIs (voice, image, video) - Scripting in Python or Node.js - Building maintainable, well-documented workflows we can run ourselves Deliverables - A working, documented automation pipeline - Brief handoff/training on how to operate and modify it
