About Us Kaivo is an AI-native advertising intelligence platform for digital marketing agencies. We help agency teams make faster, smarter decisions across their entire client portfolio. We are launching to our first agency clients in late June 2026. What We're Looking For We need a senior AI engineer to help us close out our intelligence engine, ensure our data pipeline logic is sound, and polish the quality of our AI-generated insights so they read like advice from an experienced media buyer — not a metrics alert. The core platform is built. This is finishing work, not foundational work. Responsibilities Audit and close gaps in our LLM inference pipeline end-to-end Ensure signal routing logic is clean and data reaches the AI layer correctly Review and improve prompt architecture — system role, context injection, output formatting Elevate insight quality: outputs must be specific, actionable, and written at a senior practitioner level Verify that output formatting is consistent and display-ready across all insight types Follow our existing code standards and document changes clearly Requirements Proven experience shipping production LLM pipelines (RAG, structured output, prompt engineering, quality gates) Strong Python backend skills (FastAPI, async, Celery or similar) Ability to read and reason about existing Node.js logic Experience with output quality control for AI systems — not just getting a response, but getting the right response Clear communicator who respects existing architecture Ad tech or performance marketing experience is a plus.
