Excel data analysis to find meaningful trends in program participation data

I am looking for an experienced data analyst to help analyze a multi-year Excel dataset for a global nonprofit organization. The dataset contains several years of participation data across multiple programs and regions, including measures of family engagement and participant involvement. The objective is to identify meaningful relationships, trends, and notable findings that can be shared with organizational leadership. This is not a reporting or dashboard project. I'm looking for someone who can explore the data, think critically, and surface compelling insights supported by evidence. Examples of the types of questions I'd like explored include: Are there meaningful relationships between family engagement and participant outcomes? Which regions or programs demonstrate the strongest positive trends? Are there standout success stories or interesting outliers? Which participation metrics appear to move together over time? Are there notable differences across regions or programs? The analysis should consider findings at multiple levels (global, regional, and program-level where appropriate). Deliverable A concise summary of approximately 10–20 meaningful findings, supported by simple tables, charts, or calculations where helpful. The focus is on actionable insights rather than a polished report or presentation.
