Meta Creative Strategist for DTC Brand

We're a fast-growing DTC manufacturer in the home & garden space, running high-volume paid social across North America. We're scaling our creative output significantly and need an expert Creative Strategist to own the concepting and briefing pipeline that feeds it. This is not a media buying role. You won't be in Ads Manager. You'll be the engine behind what we test — turning performance data, customer insights, and winning patterns into a steady stream of briefs that our editors, designers, and UGC creators can execute against. What you'll do: Develop high-converting ad concepts for Meta (static, video, UGC) grounded in proven DTC frameworks Write clear, detailed creative briefs that production talent can execute without back-and-forth Mine performance data and customer reviews/feedback to identify winning angles, hooks, and messaging Build and maintain a testing roadmap — new concepts, iterations on winners, and fresh angles at high volume Develop hooks, scripts, and storyboards for video/UGC ads Keep a swipe file / competitive teardown habit to stay ahead of creative trends You're a fit if you have: 3+ years as a creative strategist for DTC e-commerce brands A portfolio of ad concepts you've briefed that performed (please share examples + results) Deep understanding of direct-response creative — hooks, angles, ad formats, what stops the scroll Fluency writing briefs and UGC scripts that creators/editors can run with Comfort working at volume and pace without sacrificing concept quality Nice to have: Experience briefing UGC creators specifically Familiarity with creative analytics (hit rate, hook rate, hold rate) Home, garden, or physical-product experience To apply, tell us: A winning ad concept you briefed — the angle, why it worked, and the result Your monthly volume of briefs/concepts at your highest-output role A link to a portfolio or sample briefs
