I need an automated phone-calling system that calls a list of customers and confirms whether a real person actually answered each call. The system should: Read a list of phone numbers from a spreadsheet Call each number automatically Detect whether a real person answered the call Record the outcome of each call back into the spreadsheet — such as: confirmed by a person, no answer, voicemail, busy, or invalid number The most important requirement is accuracy. The result of every call must be correct — especially telling the difference between a real person answering and a voicemail picking up. I need this to work reliably even on larger lists of numbers.
