AI Automation Consultant & Architect (n8n & Claude Code) Our mission is simple but vital: helping healthcare providers care better. We currently serve over 175 clients and are a fast-growing company. We are launching an exciting new project focused on revolutionizing our internal and client-facing Human Resources & Labor Relations processes through cutting-edge AI. The Project: We are building a custom, intelligent HR Copilot ecosystem. This system will handle complex workflows, including automated document parsing (intake of grievance forms, PDFs, and scanned forms), intelligent calendar-based deadline tracking mapped to specific collective bargaining agreements, and agentic reporting. We already have an internal Leader executing our day-to-day configurations, but we need a Consultant who understands the tools to guide our strategy: Telling us what's possible, helping with business strategy etc. Key Responsibilities: • Technical Mentorship: Provide code reviews, framework recommendations, and prompt engineering architecture sheets so they can safely deploy your designs. • Token & Security Optimization: Advise on the best infrastructure paths—ensuring strict multi-site tenant parameters, proper credential management, and optimizing API token costs across our developer ecosystem. What We Are Looking For: • n8n Expertise: Proven experience building advanced data transformations (JavaScript/Python nodes inside n8n), handling complex webhooks, managing API rate limits, and creating self-healing, fault-tolerant workflows. • Anthropic Ecosystem Mastery: Highly proficient with Claude Code, local CLI agent execution, setting up .claudemd rules, and utilizing dynamic multi-agent subroutines. • Consultative Mindset: You don't just take orders; you push back, introduce cleaner ways to solve a problem, and can translate complex technical limitations into straightforward business decisions. • Experience with HR software, case management, or labor relations workflows is a massive plus, but not required. * Please include the word MARBELLA in your response to this ad. * * Please do not email me or phone me under any circumstances - apply through Upwork.
