Zapier Expert Needed – AI Google Review Reply Workflow We operate two hospitality venues in and need a simple Zapier automation built for both Google Business Profiles. The workflow should: Trigger when a new Google review is received Identify the venue, review rating, reviewer name and review text Use OpenAI or ChatGPT to draft a response using a different brand voice for each venue Email the review and drafted response to management for approval Flag all 1–2 star reviews and reviews mentioning allergies, illness, safety, discrimination, legal issues or staff complaints Keep replies as drafts only for now — no automatic public posting Be tested for both venues The automation must be built inside accounts owned by us. Please include: Examples of similar Zapier/OpenAI workflows you have built Expected completion timeframe Confirmation that you will provide a Loom handover video Any ongoing Zapier or OpenAI costs Experience with Google Business Profile review automations is preferred.
