Summary

I'm looking for an experienced Playwright developer to build a browser automation tool that compares property information between a public real estate website and a secure, login-protected database. The tool should: Open a public real estate website and search rental listings. Extract property details (address, listing URL, rent, agency, etc.). Log into a secure website using my credentials. Search each property by address. Determine whether a matching record exists. Check whether specified information (e.g. owner contact details) is available. Export the results to an Excel spreadsheet. The output should include: Property Address Listing URL Match Found (Yes/No) Information Available (Yes/No) Notes Requirements: Playwright (preferred) Python or Node.js Experience with browser automation and authenticated websites Excel (.xlsx) export Clean, maintainable code
