I am looking for someone who is experienced and can handle this with perfection to improve an existing CRM system. The main task is to integrate Claude API into the current CRM to enable AI powered features such as smart responses, automation, and data handling within the dashboard. In addition, the developer will update and improve the existing dashboard UI/UX, fix issues, and optimize overall performance while working with the current codebase without disrupting existing functionality. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in API integration (especially AI/LLM APIs), CRM or SaaS platforms, and dashboard development with a focus on clean, reliable implementation.
