We create educational, entertaining, and high-converting content for sneaker enthusiasts. ### What You'll Do * Edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts * Create attention-grabbing hooks within the first 1-3 seconds * Use engaging B-roll, motion graphics, zooms, transitions, sound effects, and visual effects to keep viewers watching * Build videos using proven storytelling frameworks that maximize retention * Match visuals with the dialogue so every edit reinforces the message * Source sneaker-related B-roll when needed * Create multiple variations of videos with different hooks for testing * Keep pacing fast and engaging without feeling overwhelming * Maintain a premium, clean, modern editing style ### Requirements * Strong understanding of sneaker culture (Nike, Jordan, Kobe, SB, Yeezy, etc.) * Experience editing viral short-form content * Excellent storytelling and pacing * Ability to identify the most engaging moments in raw footage * Creative use of transitions, animations, sound design, and visual hooks * Strong understanding of viewer retention and social media algorithms * Ability to edit vertical (9:16) videos optimized for mobile viewing * Reliable communication and ability to meet deadlines ### Bonus Points * Experience editing for sneaker brands or sneaker creators * Familiarity with sneaker terminology, releases, resale culture, and collecting * Experience creating direct-response or e-commerce content * Ability to create thumbnail concepts or social graphics ### Software * Adobe Premiere Pro * After Effects * DaVinci Resolve * CapCut Pro * Other professional editing software is welcome ### To Apply Please include: 1.
