We're a nationwide security guard services company looking for a RingCentral expert to configure our phone system properly — and teach us best practices along the way. What we need: 1. AI Receptionist setup — Configure RingCentral's AI Receptionist to answer inbound calls, greet callers professionally, answer basic questions about our business, and route calls intelligently 2. Call routing / IVR design — Call flows for our main line: routing by purpose (new service inquiries, existing client dispatch, billing, general), business hours vs. after-hours handling, voicemail-to-email, and failover if a call goes unanswered 3. Best-practices guidance — Important to us. We're not telecom experts and want someone who recommends the right way to structure things (greeting scripts, menu depth, escalation to a live person, after-hours emergency handling), not just click buttons 4. Documentation & handoff — A simple written summary of how it's configured and how we make basic changes ourselves Scope details: • Multiple companies using same account, one main number, small team (a handful of users/extensions) • Active RingCentral account already in place • After-hours calls matter — security is a 24/7 business, so emergency routing needs to be bulletproof What we're looking for: • Proven RingCentral admin experience (mention specific AI Receptionist / IVR setups you've done) • Strong communicator who explains choices in plain English • Available for 1–2 screen-share sessions during setup This is a small, well-defined project — likely 5–10 hours for someone who knows RingCentral well.
