Own the Discord end to end: structure, roles, bots, channels, the lot 2. Run events, giveaways, and campaigns that people actually show up for 3. Recruit and manage a mod team as we scale 4. Keep the tone right: degen, funny, welcoming to newcomers, zero corporate energy 5. Feed community sentiment back to the team so players shape the product What you need 1. Proven experience growing a large Discord community, ideally through a scaling phase iGaming or crypto background, ideally both 2. Deep Discord knowledge: Carl-bot, ticket systems, verify gates, invite tracking, the works 3. Telegram experience is a bonus 4. Thick skin and a good sense of humour.
