Upwork Job Post: Build AI Automation for Suffolk County Foreclosure Auction Tracking I need someone to build an automated system that tracks Suffolk County, NY foreclosure auction dates using the official NY Courts eCourts / WebCivil Supreme calendar. Goal Create an AI-powered automation that checks the Suffolk County Supreme Court foreclosure auction calendars, pulls upcoming auction information, and automatically adds/updates events in a calendar. What the System Must Do The system should: * Search NY Courts WebCivil Supreme Court Calendars. * Use Suffolk Supreme Court. * Check auction parts such as: * AUCTIONS BABYLON * AUCTIONS HUNTINGTON * AUCTIONS ISLIP * AUCTIONS BROOKHAVEN * AUCTIONS SMITHTOWN * Other Suffolk auction towns if available. * Search from today’s date forward. * Pull the foreclosure auction details, including: * Case name * Index number * Auction date and time * Town/location * Referee name * Plaintiff/bank * Defendant * Property address, if available * Add each auction to Google Calendar or another calendar system. * Recheck auctions automatically the night before and morning of the auction. * Update or flag canceled/postponed auctions. * Store all data in Google Sheets, Airtable, Notion, or another database. Preferred Build I am open to the best technical setup, but possible tools include: * Python scraper * Playwright / Selenium * Google Calendar API * Google Sheets API * Airtable * Make.com * Zapier * OpenAI API * Email or SMS alerts Important This needs to be reliable because auction information changes often. The system should be able to run daily and update the calendar automatically. When Applying Please explain: 1. How you would build this automation. 2. What tools you would use. 3.
