Workflow, AI Automation & BI Specialist- Vibe Coding/Claude/Agents or Other System For Watch Brand

About us We're a UK luxury watch and accessories brand. We run a lot of manual processes and want an expert to automate our workflows and give us proper visibility over the business. You think in Claude, agents, APIs and data — and you turn messy real-world processes into clean automated systems. We'll start with one or two high-impact builds, prove the value, then expand. Priority 1 — Workflow automation & AI agents Pull data from multiple sources, run the calculations, and push results (and ideally actions) into the right systems across accounting, marketing, operations, merchandising and business development. Examples: order/stock exception alerts, customer-service auto-drafts and routing, invoice/receipt capture into our accounting tools, and a daily "what needs my attention" digest. We want AI agents that don't just report — they do. Priority 2 — BI dashboards & alerts Build dashboards that unify our data into one clear view, plus proactive alerts when numbers move (sales, stock, cash, marketing performance). This needs solid API expertise to connect our tools and pull the data reliably. (ERP consolidation is on the roadmap but not part of this role for now.) Tech approach (Claude-first) Built around Claude (API + models) and MCP / agent tooling, with Make/n8n/Zapier as glue, a BI tool (Power BI / Looker Studio / Metabase), SQL, and light Python/JS for API integrations (e-commerce, accounting like Xero/QuickBooks, Google Workspace, email/marketing). We value reliable, maintainable, data-safe systems over fancy architecture. You're a great fit if you Have shipped real AI automations and dashboards a business uses daily, know the Claude API / MCP / agent design, are fluent with APIs, SQL and a BI tool, and can turn a fuzzy problem into the simplest thing that works — then document it so we can run it. Retail or finance-ops experience is a bonus. How we'll work: start with a small paid pilot (one automation or one dashboard) to test the fit, weekly check-ins, clean documented handovers. Ongoing work very likely for the right person.
