Summary

Hi, I need a custom Python Telegram bot connected with TradingView via Webhook. When an alert triggers on TradingView, the bot should send the signal to my VIP channel. When a TP (Target) hits, it should post a success message in VIP and automatically generate a beautiful image report (Win Card) to post in my FREE channel with a custom promotional text and my VIP channel link. You will also need to host this on Render or a VPS so it runs 24/7. Can you do this? Please share your past work or samples if you have any. Thanks!
