# Job Description – Real Estate Marketing Virtual Assistant (Part-Time) ## About Us We are a Singapore real estate business focused on helping buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants find the right property. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to manage our website, keep listings up to date, and help grow our online presence through SEO and content marketing. This is a long-term remote position with flexible working hours. ## Responsibilities ### Website Management * Upload new property listings to our WordPress website * Update sold, rented, and price-adjusted listings * Organize and enhance nice property photos and floor plans * Ensure all listings are properly categorized and formatted * Check that enquiry forms and contact details are working correctly ### SEO & Blogging * Publish 1–2 SEO-optimised property articles each week * Improve existing blog posts with better formatting, internal links, and keywords * Create location guides (e.g. Districts, MRT stations, neighbourhoods) * Optimize meta titles, descriptions, and image alt text * Suggest new article ideas based on current property trends ### Digital Marketing Support (At a later stage) * Create simple Canva graphics for blog posts and property promotions * Upload content to social media platforms * Repurpose blog articles into short social media posts * Maintain consistency across website and marketing materials ### General Administration * Keep property information accurate and up to date * Maintain organized folders for photos and marketing assets * Assist with other marketing-related administrative tasks when required ## Requirements Essential: * Experience with WordPress * Basic SEO knowledge * Good written English * Strong attention to detail * Ability to work independently * Familiarity with ChatGPT or other AI writing tools Preferred: * Experience working with real estate companies or property websites * Canva experience * Basic image editing skills * Understanding of Singapore property terminology * Knowledge of Google Search Console and Google Analytics ## Working Hours * Part-time * Approximately 5–10 hours per week initially * Flexible schedule * Opportunity for increased hours as the business grows ## What Success Looks Like Within the first three months, you will: * Keep all property listings current and accurate * Publish high-quality SEO articles consistently * Improve the organization and appearance of the website * Help increase organic website traffic * Support the generation of more buyer, seller, landlord, and tenant enquiries ## To Apply Please include: 1.
