Woocommerce Developer needed to finish & optimize existing store

Looking for an experienced WordPress/WooCommerce developer to help finish and improve an existing store. The site is about 90% complete, but I need someone who can identify issues, fix bugs, resolve plugin conflicts, improve speed, optimize the admin workflow, customize WooCommerce where needed, set up SMTP and fraud protection, and recommend better solutions when appropriate. I'm looking for someone who takes initiative, audits the site, and makes it as polished and easy to use as Shopify. We need someone to identify and fix remaining issues, improve the workflow to better match Shopify, resolve plugin conflicts, set up email marketing/SMTP, configure fraud protection, optimize speed, and recommend or install any plugins needed to ensure everything is working properly before launch. We also need someone available during launch to quickly fix any issues that arise and make sure everything runs smoothly.
