Expert Web Developer

We're looking for an Expert Web Developer to join our growing digital marketing team. We build and manage websites for home service companies across the United States, and we're looking for someone who takes pride in building fast, clean, and high-performing websites. This isn't just about writing code. We're looking for someone who understands performance, user experience, and long-term scalability. 📍 Preferred Location: Colombia or Brazil 🔧 What You'll Be Doing: Build and maintain WordPress websites Develop responsive, mobile-friendly pages Customize themes and plugins when needed Optimize website speed and Core Web Vitals Troubleshoot technical issues and bugs Implement landing pages from provided designs Work closely with our marketing and SEO teams Ensure every website follows best practices for performance, security, and usability ✅ Requirements: Expert-level WordPress development experience Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP Experience with Elementor (or similar page builders) Understanding of website performance optimization Experience troubleshooting plugins and WordPress issues Ability to communicate clearly in English Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects ⭐ Bonus Skills: Basic SEO knowledge Experience with GHL Familiarity with APIs and third-party integrations 📌 To Apply (Required): Please include: 3-5 WordPress websites you've developed Your role in each project Any custom development or advanced functionality you implemented Your availability (hours/week) ⚠️ Applications without examples will not be considered.
