I run Hill Design Engineering, a civil, structural and architectural design practice based in Papakura, operating since 1988. Our clients are builders, developers, industrial operators, scaffolding contractors, councils, insurers and homeowners across New Zealand. The main job is a rebuild of our website, hde.co.nz. The current site is a dated WordPress build that no longer reflects what we do. The attached brief covers the full scope: sitemap, project gallery, SEO and AI search requirements, chatbot, and what we supply versus what you deliver. Please quote it as a fixed price, itemised against section 8 of the brief. Secondary, and optional. If you offer these, quote them as separate monthly line items so I can pick and choose: • Ongoing SEO and AI search optimisation after launch. • Google Ads. Search campaigns aimed at builders, developers and property owners needing engineering and consent work. Starting spend around [$X] a month. • Social media support on Facebook and Instagram, roughly one post a week per platform repurposed from content I write. Possibly YouTube later. I handle LinkedIn myself. With your quote I need what's in house versus subcontracted, contract term and notice period, your hosting and ownership terms, and two or three live sites you've built for trade, construction or B2B service firms, including one where you wrote the copy.
