Wordpress Website with Permissions Issues

Summary

Hi, I have a Wordpress website that was moved from one hosting envioronment to another, and since the migration, we cannot upload media. It throws a permissions error. The Permissions are correct on the Folders and Files. The server is a Cpanel Environment. Screenshot is attached. I will provide Remote Access to a Windows PC with access to the Cpanel Account and WP Admin Dashboard. Thank you!
