We want a real affiliate program on our TikTok Shop, not a list of invited creators who never post. The work: set up our open and targeted plans with sensible commissions, shortlist creators who actually match our buyer, run the outreach and sample seeding, brief the creators properly, and set up simple tracking so we can see which creators produce sales. We can ship samples.
