Job Description We are a wellness and fitness company seeking an experienced AI Chatbot Developer to build and integrate an AI-powered chatbot for our website. The chatbot should provide accurate information about our services, engage visitors, capture leads, and improve the overall customer experience. Responsibilities Develop and integrate an AI chatbot into our website. Train the chatbot using our company information, FAQs, and service details. Answer customer inquiries about wellness programs, fitness plans, memberships, pricing, and scheduling. Capture leads by collecting visitor contact information. Integrate appointment booking or consultation scheduling if applicable. Ensure the chatbot delivers natural, accurate, and user-friendly responses. Test, troubleshoot, and optimize the chatbot before project completion. Required Skills Experience building AI chatbots using OpenAI, Botpress, Dialogflow, Voiceflow, or similar platforms. Experience integrating chatbots with websites and CRM systems. Knowledge of prompt engineering and conversational AI. Ability to deliver clean, well-tested solutions within the project timeline. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Nice to Have Experience working with wellness, healthcare, or fitness businesses. Familiarity with CRM platforms such as GoHighLevel or HubSpot.
