OSINT & AI Automation Architect for Cultural Infrastructure Intelligence Platform

We are seeking an experienced OSINT and Automation Architect to design and implement a scalable intelligence platform that monitors approximately 1,000 museums and cultural institutions throughout the Northeastern United States for early indicators of capital planning, renovations, expansions, adaptive reuse projects, and new construction. This is a systems architecture and automation design project—not a routine implementation or manual research assignment. The successful applicant will design an automated monitoring platform using public information sources, AI-assisted classification, and no-code/low-code automation tools to transform fragmented public data into structured, actionable intelligence. Following successful implementation, there is an opportunity for an ongoing hourly engagement to maintain, optimize, and continuously improve the platform.
