Social Media & Community Manager (X, Instagram, Discord, Telegram) - Crypto/Casino Brand

We're looking for a Social Media & Community Manager to take full ownership of our brand's presence across X (Twitter), Instagram, Discord, and Telegram for an exciting crypto casino project. What you'll own: - Daily posting and reply strategy on X and Instagram that's culturally fluent in crypto/casino/degen spaces — reacting to trends, analysing competitor campaigns, and not generic replies/post with no purpose. - Hands-on community management and moderation on the site, Discord and Telegram: monitoring chats, enforcing rules, answering member questions, and keeping the community active and healthy on a daily basis. - Planning and running engagement campaigns end-to-end (giveaways, contests, etc.) with minimal oversight. - Acting as the consistent voice and presence across all four platforms, including during periods when the core team is unavailable. What we're looking for: - Proven experience managing both social media growth and Discord/Telegram community moderation for a crypto, gambling, or similarly degen-adjacent brand. - Genuine interest and fluency in crypto casino culture — we need someone who enjoys this space, not a social media generalist. - A self-starter who can propose and execute campaign ideas independently. Hours are flexible depending on fit — this could range from around 20 hours/week up to full-time for the right candidate.
