I'm looking for an experienced web developer to build an educational website from the ground up. This is not a beginner project I need someone who has shipped production websites before and can work independently with minimal hand-holding. Core requirements: Responsive, modern design (mobile + desktop) Clean, maintainable code with basic documentation Fast load times and good performance practices Basic SEO setup CMS or admin panel so I can update content without a developer What I need from applicants: Link to 2–3 relevant past projects (educational, e-commerce, or similar complexity not just landing pages) A short note on your approach to this kind of project Your estimated timeline and rate Nice to have: Experience with LMS-style features or educational platforms UX/design sense, not just development Please skip template cover letters.
