I need a recruiter to source candidates for a Quality Engineer position for an aerospace company

I am hoping a recruiter with excellent sourcing tools can find me an excellent list of candidates for a Senior Quality Engineer for an aerospace company in Sacramento, CA. The candidates must be local to Sacramento - within 40 miles. Ideal background: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline. • Experience implementing or improving ISO 9001 and AS9100 systems. • Strong GD&T;, blueprint interpretation, metrology, inspection, and quality engineering skills. • Leadership or supervisory experience with desire to build and mentor a team. • U.S. Citizenship/ITAR eligibility.
